At PalakCreation, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. While we do not accept returns, we do offer an exchange facility under specific conditions.

🔄 When is Exchange Accepted?

We accept exchanges only if there is a genuine issue, such as:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged product delivered

  • Major defect or stitching fault

📋 Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • It must be returned with all original tags and packaging

  • You must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened

  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery

❌ Not Eligible for Exchange

We will not accept exchanges if:

  • The item has been worn, used, or damaged after delivery

  • There is no proper unboxing video as proof

  • The issue is related to minor color or fabric variation due to lighting/screen resolution

📦 Shipping for Exchange

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (unless the fault is from our side)

  • We will ship the replacement item once the original product is received and inspected
