You must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery

We will not accept exchanges if:

The item has been worn, used, or damaged after delivery

There is no proper unboxing video as proof

The issue is related to minor color or fabric variation due to lighting/screen resolution
📦 Shipping for Exchange

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (unless the fault is from our side)

We will ship the replacement item once the original product is received and inspected
