1. Product Information

We strive to display all products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, design, or texture may occur due to lighting or screen resolution differences.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless otherwise mentioned.

3. Wholesale & Retail Policy

• Wholesale prices apply only to bulk orders as per our minimum quantity policy.

• Retail customers can shop single or smaller quantities at MRP.

4. Payments

All orders must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via UPI, Bank Transfer, and other specified methods.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ensure timely dispatch, but shipping times may vary depending on location and logistics availability. Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.

6. Return & Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges in cases of damaged or wrong items received. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

7. Custom Orders

Custom-made or pre-ordered items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. A lead time will be communicated upon order.

8. Liability

PalakCreation is not responsible for delays caused by external logistics or unforeseen circumstances. We will always assist in resolving such issues to the best of our abilities.

9. Privacy Policy

All customer information is kept confidential and used solely for order processing and communication purposes.
